Our Approach
MATNC's approach to fundraising consulting is collaborative and project-based. Mary Ann's first step in engaging with a nonprofit organization is to work closely with its leadership to define the development project’s scope using a three-step process:
  • Analyze: What are we currently doing?
  • Experience: Is the current process working?
  • Recommend: Is there a modification or new process to improve effectiveness?
Once the project’s scope and goals have been defined, Mary Ann implements her successful four-phase model, consisting of Diligence, Structure, Execution and Transition, which sets forth the project’s overall timeline and deliverables.
Her passion for fundraising and generating awareness for the cause was contagious. … Her vision is always clear and her purpose is very impactful.”
~ Shawn Lynch, Charlotte Checkers
